Here’s What I do:

  • I am an Independent Life Insurance Broker
3
Here’s What I’m Proposing to You:
  • You may have Life Insurance
    Sales passing you by…

I can work these cases for you

    YOU GET PAID 50%
    OF THE COMMISSION
    JUST FOR THE REFERRAL!

Here’s Who I Can Work With…
  • Mortgage Brokers
  • Bank Representatives
  • CPA Firms and Independent CPAs
  • Law Firms
  • Other Insurance Agents Including:
      • Life Agents who want to subcontract work out
      • Property & Casualty Agents & Agencies
      • Life & Health Agents who work mainly in Health Insurance
  • Financial Advisors
  • Investment Representatives & Firms
  • Realtors & Real Estate Consultants

Life Insurance Industry Trends:

  • The life insurance industry has gotten increasingly competitive over the past 10 years.
  •
It is rare to come across a life insurance agent that specializes in Life Insurance only.

  • Life Insurance agents, for the most part, have had to diversify their portfolio for reasons such as competition on the internet like “LifeQuotes.com”, competition with “Matrix Direct” type companies, and competition from captive agents that work for companies such as State Farm or Nationwide.

  • This competition has made it very hard for an Independent Agent to win the business of the client and to stay abreast of important issues in the marketplace.

  • To pay the bills, Agents who were formerly concentrating
on Life Insurance only have taken the focus off of the pure
    life insurance sales approach.
  •      This diversification has spread the Independent Agent’s
resources too thin as they are no longer able to spend their
time keeping abreast of the Life Insurance Industry.  Often
times, the agent’s time is spent working on group health
insurance, claims, Medicare supplements, or the like.
6
"When a life insurance case..."

  • When a life insurance case comes along, the Agent may not have the ability on their own to do whatever it takes to make the sale like:
    • Shopping the case for the best price available
    • Preliminarily underwriting the case
    • Product knowledge
    • Ordering Parameds
    • Medical record tracking
    • Client follow-up
    • Policy Delivery

    • That’s where I come in!
7
"The Life Insurance Industry is..."

  • The Life Insurance Industry is very lucrative yet very dynamic and competitive…there is lots of money to be made that you may be leaving on the table!

          • Every year there are less and less licensed Agents who understand the concepts and resources completely enough to stay competitive.

  • I can help you tap into this wealth
by offering expert assistance in the sale.

Is this program right for you?

  • Do you or your associates ever encounter clients that need Life Insurance?
  • Are you licensed to sell Life Insurance but are not making many Life Insurance Sales?
  • If you are trying to make life insurance sales, are you frustrated with the process?

  • If so, then I can help you increase
    Life Insurance Sales while
    completely relieving you of the
    red tape involved…

9
Here’s How it Works:
  • You have a client that needs Life Insurance…
  • You collect:
    • The Client’s Name
    • The Client’s Contact Information
  • You give me the Client’s contact information.
  • I contact the client, work the case completely from quoting, to application, to processing, to delivery of the policy.
  • You receive 50% of the Agent Commission in the form of a check from the Insurance Company.
  • You have a “lead” à   I work the “lead” à   We split the commission

    It’s That Easy!

10
Some Housekeeping Items…
  • The biggest assumption is that you:
    • Do not have the desire to work these Life Insurance Cases.
    • Do not have the time to work these Life Insurance Cases.
    • Have not kept up with the increasingly competitive Life Insurance Market

    • How many cases are you losing to the competition?

  • In order for us to split commissions, you must have a valid S.C. Life Insurance License.
  • Once I close the sale, your check and my check will be coming from the Insurance Company - No monetary ties to me
  • There is no need for you to get “pre-appointed” with any of the Life Insurance Companies that I will present to the client.
  • I will quickly and easily get you appointed with whatever company fits your client’s needs when the client applies for coverage.
  • There are NO COSTS involved in this process.

11
Life Insurance is My Specialty!
  • I am an Independent Broker.
  • I can sell just about any company’s products.
  • I keep my finger on the pulse of the Life Insurance Industry.
  • I am a third generation Life Insurance Salesman.
  • I regularly attend continuing education seminars.
  • I can personally offer some of my own client oriented, group presentations with topics like:
    • Term Insurance Vs. Permanent Insurance
    • Whole Life Vs. Universal Life
    • Underwriting for Impaired Risk Clients
    • Shopping The Preferred Market

  • I am rarely outsold on price or product!
12
So how much do you and I get paid?
  •      Here’s an example of a typical case:

  • Mr. Jones is a male, non-smoker, age 55 with well controlled type 2 diabetes.  Mr. Jones needs $500,000 of 15 year term because he just got a business loan.  I determined that the best company for Mr. Jones’ situation would be Banner Life, an A++ rated company.  Mr. Jones’ annual premium is ~$2,000 per year with Banner.  The soliciting agent’s (that’s You and Me) commission with Banner Life is 75% of first year premium.  So, total agent commission on this case is $1,500 (first year only).
  • You would receive your 50% of the agent’s commission ($750).

  • $2,000 X 75% = $1,500 (Total Commission)/2 = $750

13
What Companies are Usually Presented?

  • There are dozens of insurance companies out there.  Which one is the best choice for your client?  This is one of the benefits of getting me to work the case – I have worked with all of these companies and more.  Here are a few of the select carriers that I frequently write business with:

  • AIG (American General)
  • Genworth (Formerly GE, First Colony Life)
  • United of Omaha (Sister company to Mutual of Omaha)
  • Principal Life
  • US Financial Life
  • Empire General Life
  • West Coast Life
  • Banner Life
  • Cotton States Life
  • North American (NACOLAH)
  • Zurich Kemper
  • Jackson National Life
  • Lincoln National Life
  • Jefferson Pilot
  • And many more!

15
If Life Insurance Sales are passing you by…consider outsourcing them.  It may be the best move
you make this year!
